Return Options

Customers can return items for either a refund or a replacement.

Refund Timeframe:

Refunds can be requested within 7 days after receiving the item.

Replacement Timeframe:

Replacements can be requested within 14 days after receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Orders older than 14 days are not eligible for return or replacement.

Return Authorization:

Customers must notify Forabeli Beauty within 7-14 days after their order has been delivered.
A return authorization number must be obtained.

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Marking Return Packaging:

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging.

Refund Process:

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued for the authorized items.
Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Customers should allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and refunds to be issued.

Important Information:

When mailing your returns to The Hippie Lash Plug, make sure to include your name, email address, contact number, and the reason for returning the items.

Return Fees:

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address (not including a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser’s behalf (such as errors in product selection), shipping and handling fees will apply.
In the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee.
